You
know you're important to us, right readers?
Well then, it is only reasonable that we
hear what you have to say about Youthlink.
Through Feedback, you can let us
know what you think about the photos and
articles. Feel free to also share what,
if anything, we can do to make the paper
more fun for you and your friends. This
week, find out what Rory, Jody-Kay, Pinky,
Shay and Stacy-Ann have to say.

Rory,
18:
Yow,
the Youth View Awards edition (February
16-22), was fabulous and YL showed
it off well, although none of you
guys interviewed me! What's up with
the after-party though, where is that
part of the coverage? Anyway, the
feature was all right, in terms of
you guys putting in a chart, the round-up
and a little vox pop.

Jody-Kay,
17:
How
you people can show off so? Everything
you do, you have to add a little something
to it (lol). Like in Lyrics you add
some comments from youths about the
song and the artiste. This shows that
YL is different, and I like that.
'Unnu nuh just dash dung something
suh; unuh put a little spice pon it
(lol).'

Pinky,
18:
I
appreciate the effort that Youthlink
has been putting out. Since I've been
reading the paper, I've found it to
be very reader- and youth-friendly.
Have you ever considered the Youthlink
crew launching activities within schools
so that readers can get to interact
with the writers and so on?

Shay,
17:
Regarding
the Say What features, does it really
matter if certain artistes sing trash?
Look what happened in 2009 with The
Merital's My Money Ha Ha. Though many
agree that the lyrics are utter nonsense,
I've seen them sing it over and over
because it is catchy and the rhythm
sounds good. Highlighting these artiste's
folly lyrics might be a good way to
make youths see that even the most
popular of the cut says crap. While
you're at it, you could add Lil Wayne
to that list for sometimes rapping
rubbish.

Stacy-Ann,
20:
The
Western Link writers usually bring
some interesting stories, for example,
the one which featured female youths
in the visual arts field. It offered
something very rear, from my point
of view. Why can't they get at least
one more page?
